Steve Jobs pun tak tinggal diam, untuk bisa terus menyalip IBM di pasar komputer ia butuh lebih dari sekadar inovasi biasa. Untuk tetap bisa menguasai pasar Apple menerbitkan Lisa, sebuah komputer yang ia beri nama seperti nama anak pertamanya. Por fim, Steve foi demitido da Apple, e depois recontratado e a Microsoft comprou uma parte da Apple, tornando Bill Gates um homem rico.
